We are a small handicraft enterprise, because of the extremely varied desires of our customers we work generally on order basis to guarantee maximum flexibility. This enables us to meet your individual needs and expectations. Smaller articles and items are usually in stock.
2. ordering process
Simply request a non-binding offer or send us an order by email. You will receive an order confirmation before the product is manufactured.
3. custom-made products
Special designs are articles which are not yet firmly integrated into our production process. Articles not included in the catalogue or marked as "custom-made" in the catalogue are also considered to be the same. Here it is most practical if at the first inquiry concrete sources, sketches and drawings are available.
For larger projects we require a deposit of 30% of the total gross price to cover material and basic costs. By placing an order in writing, a contractual relationship between the company "Custom Puzzles" and the customer automatically becomes effective on the basis of these terms and conditions.
5. shipping and invoicing
Please consider the different shipping and customs costs for orders from abroad. The goods remain the property of Custom Puzzles until full payment has been made. The prices valid on the day of the order will be charged.
The delivery times are given without obligation, but will be adhered to as good as possible. Since our products are handmade and of high quality, delays can sometimes be unavoidable.
6. shipping costs
We ship within Germany at favourable conditions with DHL or Overnight Express.
We use almost exclusively reused cardboard boxes and padding as packaging.
For blank puzzles, you will receive a detailed design guide with information on the best pens and colours, as well as a sample material for testing.
