This includes the layout of the outer and cut shapes, as well as the selection of material and surface design. If desired, we can also help with the design of motifs. We produce most of the parts in our workshops in Bad Belzig and Kempten. Here we produce individual photo puzzles and blank puzzles made of wood in best quality. The jigsaw puzzle pieces are cut with a lasercutter - a wafer-thin gap, perfect fit and highest stability are guaranteed.

Production

In our own workshop we manufacture photo puzzles and blank puzzle parts and process magnets and protective foils.

We process wood and cardboard with the laser cutter and plastics with CNC form cut and UV direct printing.

Packing and shipping

We offer Worldwide Shipping by DHL and Overnight Service.

Within Bad Belzig we deliver our products with our cargo bike. In Package an transportation we use as much sustainable technology as possible. For shipping we usually use reused packaging material.

If you wish a gift packaging, we will select a suitable folding box and send the invoice separately by email.

Since not everyone has a beautiful handwriting, we also offer such finely crafted unique pieces.

Applications

Jigsaw puzzles are ideal for teaching content in the classroom or for therapeutic purposes. In the field of marketing, such puzzles are often used for presentations of products or brands at trade fairs and events. Internally, our puzzles are also used in the areas of competence training and teambuilding. Equipped with magnetic foil on the back, the puzzle pieces can also be assembled and presented on standing walls (whiteboard or steel sheet). For puzzles with a part size of more than 40 x 40 cm we now offer a new solution: Large puzzles made of wood or plastic as large-format direct print in photo quality!

We have the know-how and technology for production and design. The Puzzle Agency designes and manufactures custom-made puzzles for you. We work with powerful laser cutters and manufacture small and large series as well as individual pieces.

If you would like a sample of our puzzle pieces, please send us an email. We send a free letter with puzzle pieces of the desired design as an example. If you want a special test for a jigsaw puzzle idea or a laser cut, you can do this from € 15.00 with your own file.
